I would have given this place a 5 star BUT i had to pay $20 a day to park my car... the rooms dont live up to the rest of the hotel and the cleaning lady woke me up at 8am when check out was at 11. I was there to rest so u can imagine my frustration being woken up for no reason at all.

I’m a regular stare at this hotel and it’s usually my go to place. We arrived on Thanksgiving at 11:30 AM. Check-in is not until 3 PM. Normally if a room is available at any hotel, including this one they would let you check in early. This day, even though a room was ready and unoccupied, they wanted to charge me a $50 fee to access the room early. There’s no reason I can think of that would necessitate this fee. The room is already paid for, so why couldn’t I get in without paying this fee? Also, guests staying across the room from us were so loud and noisy. We could hear them through our door at night not a great day.

Customer service at the desk was okay. Valet customer service was amazing very attentive to guests. Rooms were clean and good condition. Was a little disappointed that restaurant in the hotel was closed , we had to leave the hotel for good. Which took away from the reason the hotel was book for the amenity

It would be nice if I got up to some complementary coffee, considering we paid for a nice hotel. Not room coffee. Coffee downstairs that I can sit down and enjoy.
