This place apparently has zero dollars in the maintenance budget. Half the lights did not work, the bathroom door was slip in half, the tub I Was peeling. The good thing is that the price is low enough that it is definitely a better option than sleeping in your car.

Despite a great location, this property has not been maintained, leaking pipes everywhere on the exterior of the rooms, no lighting on the pathways and no house keeping despite 24 hours prior notice and request. Stayed for 5 nights and requested for house keeping everyday, only turned up on the 4th day after numerous complaints and the minimum cleaning was done. Save yourself some stress and avoid this hotel, I will not in my lifetime stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel before, but it got worse it seems like. The rooms were terrible, they looked dirty. It smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were stained. I will definitely not stay there ever again. Very disappointed.

This property should be shut down. It has mold growing, busted furniture, smells horrible, and the pools are closed. And Expedia won’t refund our stay even though we didn’t end of staying once we saw the conditions of the rooms

I stayed here before this time our room was at the back room 872 the room was nice and clean but the grass was grown up the trash cans were overflowed with trash, kind of scary at night. There was no one around very disappointing playground was grown up just majorly gone down. The staff at check in was very nice

Filthy property. Staff was incompetent did not care one bit about the issues guests have. My room had no bed linens, the lights did not work and the toilet did not flush. It was obviously an out of commission room I was rented. Staff did not care wouldn’t offer a refund. I had to dispose charge as I drove home at 11:30 at night and did not stay.

I was charged an amenity fee but there are no amenities. Wifi did not work, pool closed & was green, bedroom tv did not work, no ice, no coffee. It is very difficult to close the door. You have to fidget with it. The grounds have not been maintained. The building looked abandoned. There were dirty towels under the bathroom sink. So disgusting. I waited close to 30 minutes to check in. Super slow. There was one good thing, the mini fridge does get cold

Loved that it was close to everything. But the hotel is outdated, run down and dirty. Beds were sunken in, lights didn’t work, tv didn’t work, no amenities were open, yet you have to pay a resort fee.
