The room smelled bad. There were 3 raccoons running in front of the rooms, there were 5 pillows for 5 beds, no blankets, mattress was stained and had bugs, towels were dirty, a/c smelled moldy, there were two other people in the lobby complaining about the same issues and wanted their money back.

You get what you pay for. Place is in dire need of upkeep. We arrived to hotel after flying in, went to take a shower and there were dirty foot prints in tub. Room has a musty smell. Beds were comfortable but do not have an actual mattress protector just a piece of felt material. Playground area grass was tall. Ac worked. Door was sketchy. You can hear the amusement park race track until closing. Did have a microwave and fridge that both worked. Close to Disney parks. It served the purpose for the nights we were there.

Never again.
It was disgusting, never again will I stay there. I’m shocked because that place use to be nice 4 years ago. Now there’s no up keeping. I didn’t even shower there. I slept with my clothes on and just left soon as I woke up and hit the road.

The photos posted online were absolutely NOT what we were rented. The hotel is run down, disgusting, & overall sketchy. The door wouldn’t latch or lock. The mattresses in the “kid suite” were about a foot shorter than the bed frame itself. There was only two outlets we had access to for plugging in chargers etc. Most of the lights didn’t work & housekeeping never showed up in the 3 days we stayed.

The room was outdated. Not clean. No washcloths. The metal was rusty. The electric plugs. My phone charger sparked when I plugged it in. There was an extra $20 fees that were not shown. The curtains were off the hooks and tracks. Weird smell too.

Girls trip
The first room we went in had an issue with the AC. It was leaking inside the room. I called the front desk and had to go back and get keys to another room. Was given another room and was very pleased. Smelled good comfortable and clean....not to mention right across from the pool. Enjoyed my stay.

The key card wouldn't let us in the room,parking lot was flooded and got soaked, went back to front office they sent me back to the room said technician would be there waited about thirty minutes and had to get another room because door keypad was broke.waited about twenty minutes they gave us another room the room had rust all over looked like it was flooded and will never stay there again there was overloaded trash in the hallways would not ever recommend this hotel .
