The hotel said that they would refund me for this night and I have it documented in an email. They told me to reach out to expedia so that the refund can happen. I need my money back for this night. Had to change my room 3 times upon check in because none of the rooms were cleaned. There was hair, blood, and fecal matter on the sheets. Housekeeping even reached out to apologize to me. I need my money back ASAP.

Beautiful Hotel and Resort. Beautiful pool.
We stayed for a night. Hotel was amazing. We loved all the dining and food options that were right on-site. The hotel didn’t seem expensive but prices of food and drink were kinda high but I expected it to be with it being affiliated with Disney or on Disney property. The hotel pool was nice and had a great lazy river and water slides for my daughter that she loved AND you’re allowed to float around the pool with a drink in your hand which I was surprised you could do but I loved it..lol I would highly recommend this hotel.
