Modern and Charming Home In a Great Location, East Orleans

Our home was custom built. Some features include 9' gambrel ceilings with ceiling fans in the upstairs, large bedrooms along with large closets. Master bedroom suite including King sized bed and large bathroom with convenient enclosed washer dryer. Open floor plan for easy entertaining including a well equipped designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. 2 zone central air conditioning. finished basement with 60" high definition TV slate pool table and Ping Pong table. We are near the beaches and town, but surrounded by 18 acres of conservation land.
You are a short walk away from scenic Millpond , where some activities include clamming, kayaking, fishing, boating. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind with easy access to 2 beaches ( Nauset and Skaket) as well as the Orleans downtown district, all just minutes away. There are two fresh water beaches near by as well (Crystal Lake and Pilgrim Lake).


Location: East Orleans: Custom built home. This beautiful new home is peacefully surrounded by 18 acres of conservation land and is a five minute walk to Mill Pond. You are minutes away from Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Or for little children you are also minutes away from Skaket Beach which is in Cape Cod Bay.
There are also two fresh water beaches: Pilgrim Lake and Crystal Lake.
This is a great neighborhood for walking, jogging, bike riding and kayaking.
Watch the Orleans Cardinals play in the Cape Cod League Park located close by.
A short bike ride into town will provide you with summer theater, ice cream shops, bakeries, fish markets, grocery shopping, fine restaurants, and cafes.
Very convenient to Provincetown, Hyannis, Chatham, whale and sea trips, fishing trips, Audubon Nature Preserve, Nickerson State Park, boat, and surf rentals and surfing beaches, National Seashore, Natural History Museums, flea markets, art galleries and much more.

Tranquil Cape Escape
We loved our stay and Carlo and Kaija's beautiful home. Truly a treat! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and the home has a very private feel. The house is impeccably clean, comfortable and has everything you will need. I appreciated all the special personal touches. I love to cook and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The game room is an added bonus and my teenage son was thrilled to play pool for the very first time. Many wonderful memories were made during our trip, thanks to this special home. We would love to return next year!

Great house
The house is really nice, it was perfect for us (family of 5 with 3 grown children). Everyone had their own space. We are not eating out as much so we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the yard! Very peaceful. The host was super helpful. We would definitely rent this house again.

This is our third year renting this beautiful home. Can not say enough about it. Perfectly decorated, clean, with a fantastic outdoor space. Kitchen completely stocked with anything you would need. Great outdoor shower. Owners are great. Very easy to communicate with. Love it!

Beautiful Home and Property!
We have been renting different houses in Orleans for the last nine years and this house and property is by far the best we've stayed at. The house was spotless, spacious, and wonderfully decorated and stocked with everything you need for a Cape Cod vacation. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space (deck, patio, beautiful outdoor furniture) and the very spacious outdoor shower. We also enjoyed hiking the conservation trail next to the property down to Mill Pond. Conveniently located and a short drive to all Orleans has to offer. I cannot recommend this house enough and will definitely consider renting it again. Wonderful clean house in a beautiful setting.
We were excited when we drove up and saw the beautiful flowers and landscaping surrounding the house. Plenty of room for our grandkids to play outside. We loved staying in a super clean house. Rooms are large. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the K-cup machine and the waffle iron. Back patio area is huge. Outdoor shower even has a separate area with bench and hooks for your change of clothes. We have already rebooked for next year.

This was our first stay in Cape Cod. We loved this home in Orleans! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The backyard was stunning - very private, beautiful setting. They thought of everything!
We loved our stay in Orleans at Carlo and Kaija's house. From the time I made the reservation they were available to answer any questions we had. The house was spotless. The bike trail is just outside the front door. The French bakery they recommended off the bike trail was fabulous! They have thought of everything, so there are lots of things for the kids to do right at the house, while you relax at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful time!!
