We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location to Dotonbori and the metro. The hotel staff was hospitable and friendly. There was road construction in front of the hotel and they worked during the night. The hotel staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible by providing ear plugs. So thoughtful! Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom.

Great location, large rooms and very efficient
Great location if you want to be in the heart of the city. Perfect for shopping, restaurants etc. Large hotel but breakfast was good and use of complimentary lounge was worth the extra as it was a quiet area with beer, cava, non alcoholic drinks and light snacks from 3-10pm. You need a rest after walking the city.

Room was big enough to fit 2 big sized luggages. Toilet w size is huge with the wet and dry areas. Location is good as it's just 1 min walk to dodoburi..

Cross Hotel Osaka was one of the highlights of our trip in Japan. Easy access to transportation, right next to Dotonburi, and very nice rooms. Best buffet breakfast we had in Japan as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay at the Cross. Beautiful rooms, beds, pillows. Fantastic bathroom and shower pressure. I loved the locked area to secure luggage before check in. Staff were friendly enough but I found self check out a bit impersonal as I like to normally thank the front desk for having me and possibly get the same gratification in return. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous stay
Absolutely loved this hotel. Nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, all the staff were lovely. It’s in a really good place, very close to Dontonbori, and equally close to lots of different designer stores. A room on the cross floor gave you access to the lounge which served free drinks both soft and alcoholic and a small range of food. Great way to get a rest and a drink following a long day sightseeing. Close to different stations which made travelling to Nara very easy. The staff were very helpful in transferring our luggage to our next hotel, they are English speaking people and also several other languages. If I was staying in Osaka again, I would not hesitate choosing this hotel. The only downside is that they do not have a self serve laundry, however we found one about 15 minutes away.
