Wonderful Stay
Hotel was in a great location about 10 mins from Namba Station. Room was clean, comfortable and staff was very nice. Gym had dumbbells, treadmill and elliptical machine. Would stay again if we came back.

Rooms are a good size and very modern. Loved our stay. The walk from Namba station is about 10 minutes which may be far for some. The shower and washroom area requires sliding the walls for more privacy.

A bit farther from Dotonburi than anticipated but it was close enough. Rooms were spacious enough for Osaka. It was very clean. The breakfast could have be better but can’t complain too much for a business oriented hotel.

This area is about 10 minutes walk away to getting on the Namba stations. If you like peaceful hotel away from the crowd, this is a good place to be at. The convenience store is about 3~5 min walk away. It is within walking distance of at least two Dontonburi stores too. The property wise, can be improved. The towels were wore out while clean. Someone mentioned in the google review on bed bugs. We were fortunate that our 2 rooms given, were clean. I wished the hotel staff can go beyond their service. I asked for hands free travel where i wanted my two medium sized lugggages to be delivered to airport. Information provide on day 1 and day 2 by the service staff were different. Because of that, we missed using the luggage delivery service and had to find alternatives to bring our luggages with us to Nankai Namba station. Thank goodness, Nankai express line to airport is not as strict as JR’s line where you need to make reservations to store your medium sized luggage on the train.

Overall not bad experience. The staff are nice and helpful. But I’ve noticed the attention to detail from a big hotel chain compared to the smaller/ boutique hotels. The Marriott wasn’t as clean as the others we’ve stayed at in Japan. I saw black stuff under the sink and the shower wasn’t as clean. They didn’t take away our empty bottles for some reason. But checking in and out the front staff were accommodating, quick to help and friendly.
