Staff at the front desk were super helpful with helping us send our suitcases ahead to our next hotel. Our room was larger than expected compared to other hotel rooms in Japan.

For the price we paid, we definitely could have found something better. The staff were great and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I’m just giving the low rating because the room lacked amenities and was dated. The tv also had a Netflix button on the remote but Netflix didn’t work. So only a couple Japanese channels were available. Bedding was also very thin. As mentioned, staff were great but dissapointed on the actual room.

A nice place to stay and the hotel location is a walking distance to Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The staff can’t do enough for you. Nice spacious rooms, clean, fantastic breakfast and super close to all the shopping, Dotombori and Shinsaibashi station.

This is my second time stayed in this hotel. Everything is perfect. Staff can communicate with English well. They are friendly & ready to help all the times. Room are large enough to open all my 4 suitcases when I’m packing stuff. I’m impressed that I can view the availability of washers & dryers with their smartphone in room instead of queuing outside the laundry room. I would definitely come again when I visit Osaka again.

Cleanliness was excellent! There are 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, which are all commercial grade so clothes dried quite quickly! Rooms are expected of a 3 star hotel. Walking distance to shops in Dotonburi and Midosuji station is close to the hotel. Will stay again!

Excellent location. Clean and well facilitated hotel. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff. My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at The Flag Shinsaibashi hotel. We will be back!

The facilities have a very contemporary and international vibe, and the young team is super welcoming, making the stay easy and comfortable. Breakfast with plenty of options with tasty fresh food and different dishes every day (although I missed having a bit of cheese!), definitely worth including. Location is a no-brainer if you want to stay right next to all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Overall a very nice stay.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was great! We got the deluxe room with the bath, highly recommend!

For sure the best place to stay in the heart of Namba. I have now stayed her 5-6 times, and I hsve never been disappointed. I forgot my toiletries bag during check out and they facilitated it's return. My only complaint is everyone knows how great a place The Flag is, so booking rooms is more difficult. The problems associated with great success.

Nice stay in Shinsaibashi

The stay of these 8 days are really nice. I recommend this hotel for shopping lovers, since it is really close to Shinsaibashi, you can drop down your shopping bags anytime during shopping. Staff really nice here. Thanks for the service.
