Good location, excellent staff.
Had a great time staying at this hostel. The staff members were very friendly and helpful in finding us a doctor and they spoke very good English. It’s located really close to a subway station and walking distance from the main shopping/restaurant/night strip.

Great Price, Good Hostel
Good hostel to stay (we stayed in Twin Room). Location is very near to Shinsaibashi, Nagahoribashi and Nippombashi, which is super convenient. Love its toilet, which is clean and bright. The only problem is some of the receptionists can not speak English and that really make us difficult to communicate. Overall, I am happy with my stay, just that I hope to bring a message here. If you plan to stay in this hostel, please be more considerate. Their wall is thin and it is not sound proof. Please do not bang the door or talk loudly in the corridor. We were being awaken by guests many times, chit chatting, making loud noise in the middle of the night. That was really inconsiderate.

Nice place. Easy access to everywhere on foot.
Roon cleanliness need attention. Had dust on floor and bed frame. Linen has blood stain. Hopefully all other rooms are good and I was just being unlucky. I enjoyed the stay only had issues with cleanlines--dust.

Nice and affordable hostel
Slightly after eleven I arrived at this really nice hostel. My friend and I were welcomed by two really nice gentlemen and they explained us how everything worked. Eventhough my friend and I booked separately, they noticed we knew each other (because of same adress of stay in Japan) and placed us together. The beds were bigger then expected and the shower contained some shampoo, conditioner and soap. If you don't have any place for a towel in your luggage, you can buy one for a cheap price (300 yen), but as to expect from the money, the towel isn't of the best quality. So in summary: This hostel is most definately word it's money!

Location is good but room is very small for the price. My son left an ipod when we check out. Later when we emailed them,they said nothing been found. Quite upset.

Nice hotel with unforgettable experience
There is super nice staff called Will, he loves to putting all guest together and he is super fun! I met friends here from Singapore, China and Seoul. The room is a mixed room, and the bed is quiet big! Everything is great but the room need a air purifier because i think there is no fresh air input only the air conditioner that caused me unwell of my nose.

Wonderful place to stay. This hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but only three blocks to the subway station and eight blocks to the shopping areas. Easy to get to from Kansai Airport.
