Huge room with great extra features including a massage chair, lounge area with huge tv, kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge freezer. The shower room was huge, with a jacuzzi and with the door closed acted as steam room. As well as providing a plethora of toiletries every day, they also provided bath products, pyjamas and slippers - all refreshed daily with house keeping. Breakfast had mostly Japanese food with a few western options and American coffee from a machine (not the best but good enough for your morning caffeine hit). Staff were extremely friendly.

Great location, very spacious room. Yoko was so sweet to my friend and I. She walked us to the main road and hailed a taxi just to make sure we were taken care of. Breakfast definitely worth it!

Great space

Fabulous hotel with massive room! Massage chair, spa/tub, big shower space, separate toilet, lounge room and karaoke machine with minibar. Friendly staff and great location. Only issue was the breakfast buffet, lots of variety but everything was cold, all of the hot selections were room temp.

Great location! A lot of little shops nearby. Also near a major metro hub Namba station. Also near Nankai line with direct service to the airport. Room is very big. I enjoyed the massage chair. Daily breakfast is wonderful.

Great hotel in the heart of Namba, within 50 meters of Koromon market and plenty of trditional small restaurants. Multiple train stations and Subway close by. The hotel is clean with good sized rooms and friendly helpful staff, the breakfast is a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine .

It’s in the very convenient spot. Our room had a massage chair and it made our day! The bath tub is big and the room amenities were great. We enjoyed the breakfast also. It’s not a luxury hotel but it has luxury hotel level service! I’d recommend!

Fantastic hotel with lots of room!

This was the biggest hotel room we've ever stayed in. It was all very clean and comfortable. The massage chair and jetted tub are nice perks after walking all day. The spacious bathroom was great. The free breakfast was good with lots of selections and the hotel staff was always friendly. There were lots of food options nearby and we loved Kuromon Market which was very close by. The train stations are less than 5-10 minutes away depending which one you go to. I would stay here again. Thank you!

This is a love hotel. Room is really uncomfortable, pin ball machine flashing bright red lights on at all times in the room. Very much do not recommend for a couples or family trip, it has its specific clientele and purpose. It is clean and close to Dotonburi street.

Best location!

Location was great, super close to dotonburi and all the other little street markets. Also was just a short walk to the subway. The massage chair was also nice to have, we did use it once or twice. Best part was the location but also the room size, easily the biggest room we had in Japan
