Best location in Osaka
This hotel is location location. If you want to engage in various activities and go shopping in Osaka, this place is the best. You can drop off your things and leave again. Right in the JR terminal and next to Daimaru department store and other major stores and restaurants. I found the cleaning staff to be very diligent and thorough too. The rooms are small from Western standard so I always book a twin room rather than a single for just myself.

My little experience
Stayed in this hotel many times. Love the location. Perfect to get around Osaka and nearby cities. Shopping and restaurants plenty within Osaka station. I have just one small concern. Hotel still using plastic electric kettle. Stainless steel would be nice. Probably hotel management should consider doing some upgrades.

Great spot for easy access Osaka
The Hotel Granvia Osaka Station is an excellent hotel with central access to much of Osaka. The Umeda district around is very nice and full of shopping and dining of all types. The staff was very courteous. Since we were in Osaka early they held our luggage while we explored and managed the check-in:out process smoothly.
