Very spacious room. Full size washroom bathtub. Higher than normal room ceiling. My travelling partner commented how comfortable the beddings and quality of the linen and towels are.

If you want a property right in the middle of downtown locals and tourists chaos, this is the hotel for you haha. My husband and I's first time in Tokyo so we wanted to try it out, and it was pretty fun! Really easy to get around, staff were super nice and accommodating, great energy from everyone. The room is compact and small but we knew that going in so no complaints. Really appreciate the provided humidifier as it seems it's typically dry air all around. Bathtub/shower amenity in the room is great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants this immersed experience, but now that we've done it, we'll likely book somewhere quieter next time we go to Tokyo :)

Beautiful Property
This property is beautiful. It is really fancy and just a couple blocks from Dontonbori Street and all the craziness with that area. Even though this hotel is close to Dontonbori, it is surprisingly quiet. There are a couple subway stations within a few blocks. Overall a great hotel.

The rooms were small compared to Western standards but it was typical Japanese. The last time we stayed at the property, the restaurants have improved since then. This is great choice if you are planning to come to Osaka.

The hotel was in an amazing location— borders the Namba train station, the Namba walk shopping center, and walking distance to Dotonburi. There was a supermarket right next door, and a Family Mart on the bottom floor. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a great city view from our room. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Osaka.
