Generally very good. The hotel can be accessed via a passage connected to underground but there is no access control over the elevators to the floors which is an area for improvement.

Perfect location for exploring Osaka. 10 minute walk from the incredible Dotonbori area. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are stunning. Breakfast is also amazing with a great selection of food and choices.

Hotel has direct access to train station which made it very convenient to travel and sightsee around the city. The hotel staff were all friendly and courteous. Room was spacious for a family of 3. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Osaka!

The location is just beside subway station, close to everything! The room is a little bit old but the bed is comfortable. Room is in good size for 2 people with big luggages. Will stay there next time for sure.

Great Hotel. Only a 10 minute walk from Dotonbori, also the hotel has its own taxi service which is hard to find. The only reason I don’t give it 5 starts it’s because it has central air conditioning and the room was always hot, you cannot control the temperature so I was always sweating when sleeping.
