I really enjoyed the room. The view was so good and the room was tidy. The sleeping conditions were great and it was comfortable. My favourite part of this experience was being in the hotel room. However, something that I did not really like was the breakfast. I think that I did not really enjoy it because it didn’t suit my taste buds but my family members thoroughly enjoyed it. We enjoyed a lot of deserts and breakfast food. For our short stay in Osaka, I could not have found a better place. Also very polite and kind staff members. Overall this was a 5 star experience. ありがとう

Hotel was a short walk from the Midosuji line side of Shin-Osaka station. However, the hotel was extremely small and it was hard to move around in the room with two people.

The rooms were very clean & like the fact the bathrooms , toilets &’sink are separate . They also had plenty of options to pick up face moisturizer other toiletries from the reception area, which was very convenient. The breakfast also was good every day they had different Japanese option. Room size is small, but it is very clean. Every day service is available. I will definitely stay here again. It is just 5 to 8 minutes. Walk to the station.

Exit #4 from Shin-Osaka station is 5 minute walk to property. Super clean, professional staff, excellent access to transportation. As a foreign traveler my only issue was no CNNi news channel in English please.

This was a very convenient hotel for a stay in Shin Osaka. It was easy to get around to various places on Osaka and to get to Nara. We took the wrong exit at the station and ended up taking a taxi which was too bad because it was a 3 minute walk had we taken exit4. The staff here are incredibly polite and helpful! Loved the amenities bar.
