Best hostel I've stayed at
One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The location was great. The facilities far exceed usual expectations of hostels. There was tea and coffee, a number of toiletries including and cooking facilities. Really enjoyed my 3 nights here

The staff was very nice. The common area was sufficient. The room was very tiny, but it was not a surprise for me. The bed was not comfortable though. The location was perfect, across from Namba station, make traveling much easy. Over all, I had a great stay

the best location at Namba
Perfect location, spacious shared spaces, spacious dorm bed (with little space next to you to put your stuff inside). clean and comfortable with elevator and easy to be found and traveled to by both JR and Subway Namba.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, the place was very clean and the amenities were very well prepared, even face washes were provided. I didn't find the late night check-in very helpful however, I had to wait outside in the rain for 15 minutes, around 1:30 in the morning, (I had a flight that was delayed) and when the late night staff had arrived, even though I had two heavy luggages, he didn't offer to help carry any of them. I was probably better off doing a self check-in. Otherwise the core staff were extremely kind and friendly, besides that experience, it was a pleasant stay.

Great location with lots of malls nearby - Namba Park, Namba City, Carnival Mall, Takashimaya. Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, Ebisu Bashi-Suji Shopping Street are all within walking distance. Namba Station is one of the stations that the airport train wlll stop at making it a convenient place to move arround the city. Main disadvantage is that become I stayed in a mixed dorm, every morning, I would be woken up by people nosily packing their luggages preparing for check out before 10am. Dorm is not recommended for light sleeper as people could be returning in the middle of the night and you would be woken up by the sound of the door opening/ closing and/or hairdryer blowinng outside. There are 2 shower rooms per floor so waiting to use the shower is very normal. Budget travellers may consider buying food and store in the fridge to prepare your meal as food costs tends to add up quickly.

Great location
Capsule area is the biggest I stayed in while in Japan. It was easy to get around from this hostel and it was super clean. Only downside I found were the beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped - more of a cot than a mattress or futon, and there was some confusion checking in

The hostel is very impress for traveler. The place near the Namba station and near the Dontoburi zone you can walk within 5-10 minute. The room is very clear. I very like this place and will going to stay next time.

It would be a good place to stay for the backpacker but not for family traveling with children. We got a private room and the walls between rooms are not completely walled off. Had to make sure kids could not here the love making sounds from next door

Good for the price we paid !
Location was great and very close to the shopping area. We arrived early and was able to drop off our baggage there. We stayed in the common room on the 6th floor. Everything was good except the room was too warm and there was no enough air circulation. Otherwise, everything was pretty good for the price we paid.

Hotel is 5 min walk from Namba Station. Eatery & shopping is nearby. Room is clean. Shared toilet facilities are clean, neat & equipped just like any hotel.
