Centrally located, business like hotel
Chose this hotel because of its location. Very close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Room was clean and quiet. All that you expect from an international hotel chain property. Swimming pool and spa areas are a bit outdated and could use some renovation touches.

I loved staying in this hotel. We arrived early and they took really good care of us, even allowed us to check in early to our room. I loved the convenience of staying right on the metro line and so closed to everything. The breakfast buffet and spa were wonderful.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Very impressed the concierge desk helped us to the train track with our luggage. Great housekeeping always did a good job cleaning the room and replenishing items. We will stay there again.
