E705 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that accommodates up to six guests with a spacious 1050sq. feet, fully furnished.

The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, sofa pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that will seat four guests, along with a bar that will seat three. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a fully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a washer/dryer, carpet in the living room and bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the condo. The balcony has four chairs and one table. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the East as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
