the hotel is fine but needs some improvements. The breakfast needs fruit the 3 days of my stay with no fruit, the gym machines are not clean. In my opinion, I work in the hospitality business and need to have more supervision.

The room is so smelly, like the smell of mold from the carpet, really wet moisture. The bathroom didn’t have ventilation I think that’s the reason why. Will not return if we have to come back to visit Pensacola

Rude staff, they showed up knocking at 10:30 asking if we were checking out and I said yes at 11, and she rudely said umm it is already 11, and laughs and I said no it’s 10:30 and she said ohhhh my bad and walks off. Then when I went to check out the front desk lady saw me standing there in line to be next and another guy walks up on the side 5 min after I did and she helps him first. Won’t ever stay here again.
