Loved the staff in the breakfast area - very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. We did find the beds a bit soft and the shower stall was a dangerous skating rink - wrong kind of tiles very slippery!!!! We solved the tile problem by leaving a facecloth on the floor under the shower head and the bath mat right into the shower enclosure.

Two stars - one for the very convenient location and a second for friendly service. The condition of the room was very poor. So dusty and dirty… I’ve never seen so much dust in a hotel room! None of the surfaces were properly cleaned. Dust lined all of the carpets. Dirty edges in shower and in general things felt unclean. Marks on walls, doors and mirrors. This place gives the vibe of a clean and classy hotel from the foyer, however the rooms need serious TLC. I booked a deluxe room and there was nothing deluxe about it! Breakfast was okay. Not worth $38. Paid $6 for a small takeaway coffee after checking out. Everything feels like it’s from the 90s. I won’t be staying here again.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I encountered several questionable housekeeping practices during my stay. The basin had the same mouthwash stains throughout my visit, and my face cleanser went missing. It was unclear whether the room had been vacuumed, as the chair remained in the same position for 4 days. I initially opted for the “green incentive” to skip daily housekeeping in exchange for points. However, my first impression of the room suggested it was overdue for renovation. The pictures speak for themselves. The towels were of varying shades of white, indicating poor attention to detail. This is not the standard I expected, especially compared to the Radisson Blu in Sydney. Additionally, I ordered in-room dining and was instructed to call for tray pick-up. Despite this, the tray remained outside my room until the following morning and was still there when I returned late in the evening. I was assigned a corner room next to a fire exit door, which was accessed during the night, causing disturbance. The vacuum was left in the hallway, showing a lack of pride in the work and the organization. The only positive aspect of my stay was the front desk staff, who were courteous.
