Travelled with family and small children
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Property has a great view, the rooms are decently sized and in general quite comfortable. Kichen and bathroom were clean but it was obvious that the rest of the apartment had not received a proper clean. When we arrived there was heavy dust on many surfaces in all the rooms, a balcony that made your feet black and a pair of dirty socks found in a bedroom. The sliding door to the balcony was damaged and wouldn't close. These issues were rectified during the stay and the manager was reasonably fast to organise repair and cleaners but not on our schedule. We were annoyed to have to take time out of our holiday to sort it out and no conciliation was offered. Whenever we spoke to the managers, they seemed to be quick to offer reasons (excuses) for the issues but literally never apologised for the inconvenience.
