The staff were very kind and helpful, and the entire experience was lovely. It is a beautiful place to stay and the pools are fabulous. The breakfast was my favorite part--so delicious and varied. It was everything you could want a breakfast to be. The only thing to be aware of is that the nearest beach is about a 5-10 minute walk and isn't really accessible at high tide.

The hotel’s professional massage center, with the help of Ms. Tukta, ensured a relaxing and well-organized experience for us. She is respectful, highly skilled, and truly professional, making her the best therapist I’ve encountered in my life. The property and staff are top notch. The views are also great at the pool. We were upgraded to a large suite upon checking into the hotel. The food was very good. The only downside for most people will be the lack of a beach and the location. I was fine as I travelled with a friend who is Thai so we rented a motorbike and could travel around the island. I think this resort is ideal for someone who wants to just relax at the property. They do have cabs that can take you to other parts of the island but this will be an additional cost and will take some time. The location is very secure as it is inside a development with many multi-million dollar homes.
