There's a lot of negative experience while staying there
1) There's no water supplied when we just moved in, we need to contact them and wait for them to send a water truck to refill the water tank.
2) Electricity has a free of charge quota. there will be additional charge once it hit over the quota. Although it has been stated down in the T&C, but the electricity meter was consuming almost 1 kwh per hour, a quota of 150kwh for 3 days is unreasonable low. We didn't even spend time in the villa most of the day, we only came back to sleep during night time, with 3 rooms using AC for 3 nights sleep, it is enough for the meter to hit over the quota even though we didn't use other facilities like the TV, fan, and we even unpluged the power supply to the fridge.
3) The swimming pool was not well-maintained, the water is dirty and cloudy we could not see the water depth from top. Compare to the neighbouring Villa around that area, we could clearly see their pool water depth even though we looked at them from far away.
4) Water pressure is low for the bathroom in 2nd floor, and the water heater didn't work as well for the bathroom in 2nd floor. While there's no similar problem for the bathrooms at ground floor.
Overall I do not recommend anyone to stay here as there's many better options out there.
