I would come back again.
Complementary pickup at the airport did not go smoothly. But they did come eventually. Otherwise the hotel was great and I enjoyed the location.

The staff are definitely the best! No resquest is too much. We loved our stay here. The resort is lovely. We stayed in a private pool villa for the privacy.There's a spacious separate bedroom and lounge. A massive bath/jacuzzi with separate shower. It's a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, massage operators and shops. We took our laundry to get washed after breakfast, 80thb per kilo and it was ready later that evening when we returned for a feed at one of the many restaurants there by the beach. The only critique about our villa is that some things needs a bit of maintenance but overall we had the best time! It would be lovely to return with our kids & grandkids!

Loved the private pool villa. Room and pool were excellent. Beach was pretty dirty and not much to do outside of a very tiny village nearby. Was perfect for us as we landed late and didnt want to do the 1 hour drive into phuket after a long flight.

Had a very peaceful stay in our villa. Minutes away from the beach. Easy trip across a small creek with help from resort staff. Tons of good eating with beach seating!

We had a great stay. Very friendly staff, good food in the restaurant including the breakfast. It is a cozy and relaxing Hotel, 5 min walk in to the small village. There is a river that runs just outside the Hotel and where there is a very simple wooden raft that is run by Hotel staff. The river is only 10 meters wide or so, so not a real problem. The only thing is that if you get back to the Hotel after 9 PM, you need to call the Hotel to send someone out to the raft to take you over the river. For us it was never a real issue since we were never out on the town very late anyway:-) Again, we can really recommend this Hotel.

Food quality and prices are a bit off , the property is great the beach is not that clean though and hence given a option other beaches in Phuket would score better.

Aged hotel with dirty beach
The room itself is clean and comfortable. Service is good. The hotel is kind of aged. Big pool but water looks dirty. Dont see anyone cleaning the pool during my stay there. The pool chair is dirty and old. There is only 1 restaurant and food is expensive and not tasty at all. The so call beach is dirty. You have to take a raft to cross a dirty ririver/canal and walk a short distance to get to the beach. Hotel is in a remote area and you definitely needs a car to stay here.
