The villa was quite nice, at a good location the only down side is that you need a motorcycle or car, best you organise that at reception, the checking in is a bit complex and not advertised very well.

The Villa was beautiful and prefect with a pool and 3 rooms to fit our family. It's a little hard to find for drivers but the hotel staff helps with that.

The hotel is quite far away from city, whereas you have to take taxi to restaurants or shops.

It was an old villa but still in clean condition. The pool is nice to swim and the breakfast was prepared inside the villa kitchen which make us feel warm. However, the painting on the master room wall make me feel uncomfortable and i dont dare to look at it. Overall, big group of people should be ok with it.

Good villa if you plan to stay in
Went with a family of 8. Villa was cozy. There were some flies which were irritating. Although there was free shuttle service to rawai beach and phromthep cape, villa was in a quiet neighbourhood. So unless you plan to stay on the villa most of the time, this is not ideal as a base for exploration as transport costs will set you back more than if you stay in a central area like patong, for example.

Hotel is at a very remote area, no taxi's around
Staying at this Villas is one of the most terrible experience from me in Thailand. I have been to many different hotels and villas in Phuket/ Bangkok and Pattaya but this one was the worse. 1) pictures on the website are way better than reality. 2) Villa is in the middle of some bad area with no activities around. All needs to be done by taxi and the hotel is charging a lot more for that as you can't get a taxi from the street. 3) Villa Staff and manager from the hotel is not honest. I encountered issues with my booking and the hotel is not willing to help. They just asked me to call my travel agency without providing the number while they are partners of each other and they do have their details. I had to call the HQ in the states to get the local number. 4) More money is deducted from my credit card while I only stayed one night! Hotel is just not willing to refund. 5) Lot of mosquitos 6) Swimming pool is way small than on picture.

Villa is considered average standard but location is not ideal and we got lost a couple of times! You really need a car to get about. Alot of insects in the villa but overall is clean and comfortable.

huge for 6 persons to stay in three bedrooms. nice service. very good private pool villas if you drive your own. but the pool is not suitable for a child if no adult carry because it's quite deep. breakfast average. good value.

Very Nice Villa
Plus : The staffs at the office are very nice and professional. I finished my checking-in in just 10 mins. They even offered water. The villa is very huge, nice infinity pool and alot of privacy. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen for some cooking and a big fridge. Every morning there will be 2 staffs coming to prepare breakfast on the spot. Place is quite and nice and clean unlike the roads at Patong which is now very dusty and dirty. Minus : There is quite a number of mosquitoes in the villa. You can't have a good sleep with them around. Another minus point is the lack of thick curtains. When it's 7am the sun rays shine thorugh and you are being forced to wake up even though you are tired. The window blinds didnt help much though. Overall, i would definetely go back and stay again.

Wonderful for families
Had a really good and comfortable stay. Loved the cleanliness and the facilities especially the private pool. The kids loved it. The breakfast prepared by the maids was really great-- done at the villa and was superb. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here when we return.

無料シャトルバス(ソンテウ？)がラワイやナイハーンビーチ、さらに日没の時間に合わせてプロムテップ岬まで出ているのがとても便利でした。 ルームサービスも大変よく、プーケットに行った時にはまた利用したいです。
