The resort is lovely Staff wonderful Food much improved from 2 years ago, maybe it’s me? However, a guest in our party got a chemical burn on her thigh, due to pool light cleaning with caustic chemicals during the day and heavy use time! Couldn’t the chemicals be used at night? Or use signage as a warning The guest had to visit the onsite doctor, big $$$ and strict instructions The doctor was very skilled This is not acceptable, such a heath threatening process performed around guests? It’s shocking really I do understand the forest/critters/molds have to be dealt with regularly, but around guests, that’d be a violation in most countries.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Getting around the resort was easy in the golf carts. They brought a complementary bottle of champagne to the room but they don’t do birthday decorations. The beach was the only downfall but the aesthetic was great overall.

Truly, one of the best weekends of my life. Absolutely a beautiful resort and if you get tired of this resort, you have many others to explore. I can’t wait to come back again. I truly appreciate the staff for all the hard work they do.

We have been at marina el cid twice (2018 for 12 days with my husband and 3 boys then in 2023 with the group of 15 people for 7 days)and their service was great. We have decided to try the new side of El cid which is Ventus 'Ha last week ( Jan 12-18 2025 with group of 10 people) and we were hoping the service will be the same. We had a dirty bed sheet with blood stain in one of the beds sheets in our suite. This was so disgusting. I had to call twice to get it changed right away- but waited 45 mins to get someone to change the bedsheets. Our room was getting cleaned very late, around 4/5pm. We had to call the front desk to get our room cleaned. Out of 7days - our room was only fixed 4 times and we even left the sign that we were outdoor exploring, meaning they can clean the suite anytime. Our fridge weren't getting stocked with drinks, we had to call everyday to get bottled water. The front desk even told us to wait til morning to order bottled water instead. There was even one time that i had to go down to the bar and asked for bottled water because no one was coming, like literally we waited one night and waited in the morning after calling them again to send water. One thing that stays the same is the food- excellent food and service at the restaurants. Other than that this is a very bad experience for all of us at Ventus Ha. We will never come back here anymore. I will never recommend this resorts to anyone.

The staff are always amazing, always looking to say "yes" to any request. The building we were in was still being worked on, very new, so the mornings had moving furniture and noise. Not terrible, but suites closer to the ocean are still better for now.

The most amazing hotel/resort experience we have ever had. The food, the service, hospitality, weather, swimming pools (for adults and kids), private beaches, room and the location were all great! I highly recommend. We will definitely visit again this year

The resort is beautiful. Being an avid traveler, the staff here is lacking in the customer service department. The food at the Italian restaurant was not very good. The wifi that you pay for is a joke!!! Increase the price and just include it. When I left here, I went to a different resort and was thankful that I switched and did a split stay.

We loved the various options of being able to access all the different pools and areas of the facility along with multiple dining options. Golf carts weren’t always available, so make sure you don’t mind the walking (which is not too bad). They can improve their beddings and pillows in general, as they weren’t the best.
