The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and accomodating. They go above and beyond. I will recommend to friends and family. It is worth mentioning Sir Raymond and Ms. Cleng for the great service and also the guy who serves the breakfast, that I didnt get the name of.

Our stay at this hotel was very good. The staff were all very helpful from Security Guards , Kuya Boyet and Bads who pick us up and took us back to the airport. Uno the front desk was very patient in giving us information re: tours . Also, the dining staff , housekeeping staff were all great. They have good breakfast ( free) serve everyday buffet and Dinner (399 pesos only). The hotel is close to the airport and walkable to the Mall,eateries like Jollibee and Chowking. Overall experience was good/excellent . Highly recommended if we go back here in Puerto Princesa Palawan we will come back at this hotel.
