I’ve been going to this resort for 16 years. It’s a great resort! It’s not upscale (no butlers, limited alcohol brands, food is good, not exceptional, not a lot of entertainment) but I still really like it! Rooms are nice, clean and huge, the employees are friendly, the grounds are gorgeous, the beach is exceptional, the bartenders are fantastic, nice assortment of restaurants and I always have fun there.

I really a fun time. I've been to a couple resorts in the DR. This one definitely felt more like a party vibe at the pool. Very spread out so lots of reliance on shuttle services to get you around the resort grounds.

el hotel es muy grande y la espera del tren es eterna, solo se paran en las paradas y casi siempre vienen lleno y tienes que esperar otro, la comida fria y un menu limitado , es repeticion todos los dias , me imagino que los empleados estan muy mal asalariados , porque trabajan muy mal, no hay atenciones, y te ignoran , tenia que salir a buscar mi bebidas yo misma , al igual que los cubiertos para comer, mi abitacion estaba llena de mosquitos y aranas , entiendo que es el tropico, pero nunca vi a nadie furmigar el area comun , solo en el lobby , por la noche me sentaba en el lobby y nadie venia a ofrecreme nada , yo tenia que ir al bar a buscar mi propia bebidas , tampoco hay abanicos de techo par a el calor terrible que hay , cuando llegue al hotel no hay nadie esperando con un coctail de bienvenida ,ni agua fresca para tomar , todo fue apurados y sin cortecia , no volveria

The staff were very friendly and helpful, you can tell they work hard and are there to help you. The resort itself is massive, so they have a cart to take people around from the beach to rooms to lobby’s. They have a good variety of restaurants which were all very good 4* There’s a few things that need fixing that were noticeable around the resort and in our room. Broken landscape light fixtures along the road, broken tiles on the pool walls, TVs and safes in the rooms not working when we arrived but were quickly fixed or replaced, however the rooms should be thoroughly checked before people check-in so I was not pleased we had to call for maintenance right away, and wait around for them. The Platinum section of the resort we stayed in includes premium liquor brands, however it’s only available in the platinum area, they should have the better drinks at all restaurants and lobby’s as we are using the whole resort, and regular customers would have the option to purchase those premium drinks for a small up charge if they wanted to. All in all it was a very nice place to be, no major complaints I would recommend staying here.
