Property was nice and clean. We stayed 2 days we received no room service, I guess you have to requested. My bed mattress had no liner and the fitted sheet keeps sliding off, also they don’t provide hand soap, which it’s really need it. There were also stuffs left open in the fridge from previous guests.

Staff was very kind. The facilities were clean and the rooms were comfortable. Some nitpicking of the bathroom wasn’t completely spotless but we still enjoyed our stay.

This was a great stay, I will definitely stay again if in the area. My only complaint was the hot tub was broke down. Breakfast is really good.

Corporate greed I was on the way to California when I got stranded in Atlanta because of the global software glitch. I called hotels.com and Fairfield inn directly to move my dates to the following week, but neither one would help with a new arrangement because I didn’t pay extra for cancellation. This situation was out of my hands there was no possible way for me to get to California that week I’m sure I wasn’t the only in this situation since this was global. My car rental company didn’t give any problems they were very understanding I hope attorney general will look into this matter because this is simply robbing people From now on I’m going to try to stay away from Marriott properties
