Wow has this property gone downhill. From the rude front desk employee, to the sign saying the restaurant is open Saturday’s when it was clearly closed.
The rooms are tired and dated. Very dirty. Housekeeping is on request only, but they left a tip envelope in your room. Not sure why I’d tip for a complete lack of service.
The parking lot at night has several people who lived in their car and took over the corner of the parking lot. Felt very unsafe, especially considering the door to the Manor building g is broken so it’s unlocked all the time.
We booked three rooms for three nights, but left a day early because it was such an awful experience.
The breakfast buffet was comical. Two individuals came in with a bag full of takeout containers and emptied almost all the food. They clearly weren’t even staying there since they didn’t have to precious breakfast tickets. Just bullied their way through and cleaned out the food, juice, and condiments. Was actually crazy to watch.
Was a great hotel years ago, but honestly avoid this place now at all costs. The rooms are filthy, the grounds are unsafe, and the staff are miserable.
