Great Hotel
Always a great stay. Lovely staff. Clean and spacious and excellent location close to everything.
I've stayed here a few times, it's always clean and the staff are friendly. The only complaint I have is the parking, it's not suitable for larger vehicles, it's 2.1m height clearance but there are storage lockers over the parking spaces so if you have a people mover, van or 4WD you can only use half of the space.
We stayed for 14 nights. It was great to have a kitchen and sitting area as well as in unit washer. Very close to grocery store and train station. Staff was responsive, friendly and courteous.
Location was amazing and we would be very happy to stay there again

Great hotel in Moonee Ponds
Sebel Moonee Ponds is very well situated two streets over from the main Moonee Ponds thoroughfare which makes it within easy walking distance of a multitude of shops and eateries. It is directly opposite a Coles Shopping Mall with a well stocked Coles supermarket as well as a variety of other shops. Transport wise it is conveniently located a 3 minute walk from a tram and bus interchange and a 5 minute walk from a train station. The hotel itself is very comfortable and clean with spacious, well appointed rooms.

Very nice spacious rooms , excellent service and staff. Good underground parking however it did add $30 per day for parking but was certainly needed as this area is very congested with very little places to park. I mentioned to staff at front desk regarding no set down parking out front entrance as there was no park zone and large pot plants on the street. They said it was a council issue and council has been difficult to reason with. Otherwise excellent stay
Once again we had a lovely stay for the Melbourne Royal Show. Great hotel, easy Uber to Showgrounds. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Comfy bed, good pillows, clean. No negatives here. Will be back same time next year.
I don’t think we should pay for parking and having to call before entering car park

Otherwise I’d return next year as it was a good experience and recommend it too others .
On my second day I was contacted around midday to ask if I checked out as the key card was in the drop box. I checked and said that I had the key my bag… which is a worry if there was a key that was still valid floating around after I checked in. Then that night I received a note on my car indicating I was not registered with the hotel and was parking in their spot so need to move my car or I could be fined. I registered and paid for two nights of parking on check in. So it was annoying that they thought I checked out from a previous guests key card and they didn’t have a system to look up I’ve paid for and registered my car. The pillows and doona smelled like they haven’t been washed in months… smelled like BO. Pretty gross! Will reconsider any future stays here and will not recommend to anyone.
My wife and are loved this property, the room was large for the two of us, plenty of storage when emptying the bags.
Very friendy and accomodating staff.
Thank you for an enjoyable stay, we will definatly be back, soon.
