Overall, Dewas is a nice place. The staff were excellent, and my stay in Dewas Residence — which is more of a condo complex — was fine, though it wasn’t quite the experience I was expecting. Considering the price, I probably should have realized that ahead of time. I’d recommend double-checking which accommodation you’re booking to make sure it matches what you want. The only real downside was the breakfast buffet. If you sleep in like I do, the food tends to get cold toward the end of breakfast hours, and the selection isn’t refreshed much. It was okay overall, but you’ll find better breakfast buffets elsewhere if that's a priority for you. The spa was a highlight — even though the prices are higher than nearby places, the service and experience felt truly luxurious and were worth it.

I love this place so much, so quiet and walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast is fabulous. Pool is perfect. The Spa is lovely also. Very close to the airport too.

Perfect location, 100 metres from the beach. A 10 minute walk to a heap of bars and restaurants, fantastic. The only negative about our room was no towel racks. Very strange not to have anywhere to hang your bath towel.

Perfectly ample for a night before or after a flight as so close to the airport. Rooms are great (no view) and so was breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend for a holiday though as far nicer places in Thailand to stay. Our room looked at a wall which I wouldn’t fancy for longer than a night.

Es ging beim check-in los; wir hätten ein upgrade in ein deluxe garden room erhalten. doch wir hatten bewusst nur eine “deluxe” genucht weil wir NICHT ebenerdig wollten. dann wollten sie kein anderes zimmer haben und haben uns dann am schluss wohl in die abstellkammer gestellt, in das sogenannte deluxe zimmer. war so ziemlich alles schmutzig drin, bettwäsche, dusche, stühle, einfach alles! das hotel hat ein riesiger housekeeping problem und es scheint keinen zu intressieren. für über 200 euro die nacht und nicht mal hostel-sauberkeit, ganz schlimm. von aussen und such beim empfang, sieht alles noch ansprechend aus, bis man in die zimmer kommt :-( vielleicht sind die pool-villen schönet, aber wahrscheinlich auch nicht sauberer, können wir aber nicht beurteilen. die lage ist gut zu einem wunderbaren syrand, zu einkaufsmöglichkeiten und restsurants und flughafen. würden aber nie wieder dort übernachten.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we had a medical emergency that could’ve been handled better. The staff needs to be more educated, trained and prepared for situations like this. We wasted the first couple hours of emergency by being misguided about clinics in the vicinity.
