Good location. All the staffs are nice and helpful.

What an amazing hotel, great staff and location right in the middle of the action. Spent a lot of time from 5pm enjoying the 2 for 1 happy hour drinks on the front patio. Watching the busy traffic go buy while enjoying the music was awesome. Needed to print off some documents for work and they made it so easy. Email the front desk, they acknowledged the email and printed them off, no hassle. So refreshing. Highly recommended this place. There are a lot of tours that drop by so every once in a while the lobby gets a bit full, but nothing too concerning.

This is a fantastic hotel, excellent in every way. We have stayed there at least three times and are never disappointed. The staff are all first-class, from Alex the manager to housekeeping. The fees are very reasonable for the value. We visit Chiang Mai every year, and the Centara is our favorite hotel in all of Chiang Mai.

This was a fantastic hotel!!! Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Had breakfast there pretty much every morning because most places weren’t open early enough. The only complaint (and it is not them) is that it was very difficult to sleep because the bars across the street were soooo loud and would play music till after midnight. Otherwise the stay was amazing!!!
