I left the first hotel and had paid for 2 nights. I just left to get out. Had to reserve another hotel, which was much better. I lost money because I reserved 4 rooms the first night. The second night was for 3?rooms paid for… I just left to scout out another hotel. Next time I have the hotel that I will book directly. Thanks anyway Expedia

Hotel is located next to Freeway/highway 10. I was unable to get uninterrupted sleep because constant loud traffic. Front desk made attempt to reduce rate, but finally was unable to adjust it because I've made a reservation and I've paid through Expedia. I will never stay in this hotel.....

Property and room they provided was ON the Freeway. It was noisy. Outside the window of the hotel was dirty blinkets, mattreses, and looked like a homeless camp..extremely dirty. The TV remote was difficult to operate due to the battery or cheap quality. The carpet was dirty in the hallways and looked ghetto. I arrived early at 12 noon and the lady who checked me in at the front dest had her name tag on upside down. I had to wait 2 hours for just ONE room to be cleaned. I requested the top floor but she said the ONLY one availabel after my two hour wait was on the third...which she decided to put me overlooking the freeway and by the elevator. The light in the room kept automatically turning on after midnight while using the restroom. The room was tiny and narrow. The kitchen was nice and the frig was good and cold. The shower was clean and decent. Breakfast was above average. Parking was acceptable and did not have to pay.
