The front desk and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a good and healthy variety. The restaurant could do better with its heating, though. Overall, a great and convenient stay in between flights!

I never got to stay at this property. I was flying from Maui to Denver, with a stop in Oakland, but was told by Southwest staff that the leg from Oakland to Denver would be cancelled because of weather. So, when I read, "Pay when you stay," I assumed that meant I would pay at time of check-in. When I arrived in Oakland at 4:15 p.m., I found out the flight wasn't cancelled so I didn't need a place to stay. When I cancelled I found out I needed to cancel BEFORE 4:00 p.m., and I had missed that by 15 minutes! Even though I left a message about my circumstance, I was billed anyway. I don't stay in U.S. hotels a lot, but Best Western has always been my first choice. I may have to rethink that. It seems to me there should be exceptions to every rule, especially with circumstances beyond a person's control. Thank you for listening. Dee Bright 916-580-7393

I'll stay again.
Inexpensive restaurant inside. Good breakfast. Other than plane noise (located at an airport!) the stay was quiet and comfortable. Staff was great. The hair shampoo dispenser was not working, and was quickly fixed.

I stayed her over 20 years ago. Not much on the outside but Inside the hotel it is well kept up. The lobby and dining area in this best Western was the best I’ve ever seen at this chain. Kudos to them. Breakfast buffett was good. Only one draw back. Normally when traveling, I can go to a hotel room and adjust the wall air conditioner to fan only. That gives me the white noise that I need to block out all other ambient and non ambient sounds that may occur in a hotel by other guests and noises that may occur outside. So, I had to turn the air conditioner to its lowest setting to do just that. I love the cold and I love a chilly room. Four pillows plus a decorative lumbar pillow on my bed was awesome. Perfect for my ever existing and consitent back pain. But back to my story about my need for white noise. Last night at various times 2 car alarms went off and then someone was slamming their door(s) occasionaly here on my floor. This a hotel near sfo which didnt bother me. I love planes. My father, who has been gone now for 25 years and he was a pilot and owned his own antique planes. After I was married i lived for a time by the san Jose Airport so the jets flying overhead became barely noticeable. So the jets here at sfo dont bother me at all. But, when the air conditioner reaches its programmed temperature and it shuts down thats when the other sounds of doors closing throught out the odd midnight hours bother me. Other than that I think I would stay here again

Nice lobby, breakfast and bar area. Very comfortable, if not basic, room. Only downside was the limited shuttle service that's shared among other hotels. Good value.
