The staff was terrific - from the welcome checkin to the porter services to help with the luggage and room checkin - professional; warm and helpful. Having the ability to check in before returning the rental car was an unexpected and welcome touch! Your valet team was terrific. The Site was quiet for being on the runway. Well done! Coffee/espresso machine in the room was a nice touch, as was the water - helps keep travelers hydrated. A+ on the bed. slept well. Suggestion: have cart access for travelers to use to take their luggage to the gate. Thank you - I will stay again and again. Aloha, Anne Marie
