Late arrival onto SFO. Call hotel to have them arrange a taxi. Location is across the street from Fox rental car. We walked over the next mornong after breakfast and started our vacation.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. It was clean, easy to access, and the staff was friendly. The location is convenient, right off the main street and just off the 101 freeway, which was a major plus. The room was well-maintained and tidy, contributing to a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the live TV channels weren’t working, and despite contacting maintenance and the front desk, the issue couldn’t be resolved during our one-night stay. While it wasn’t a major issue, it was one of the few concerns I had. The hotel offers a continental breakfast, which was a nice perk. I also felt safe during my stay, as the front lobby doors are locked after midnight. You can either buzz for an attendant or call the front desk, which added a layer of security that I appreciated. Overall, for the price and the amenities offered, I felt it was a great value, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good value for near airport stays
Convenient, safe location near the SFO airport. Hotel has reasonable parking. Clean. Good breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Staff friendly. Wifi is not super reliable so if remote working, might not be the best option.

I would pick a different hotel the next time I'm in SFO. Included breakfast was the cheapest possible. First time I've ever been given Kraft or maybe Great Value singles as cheese, Parkay as butter, and the fattiest ham around. The AC in the room itself barely worked the first night, turning on but off soon after no matter what we set it at, and despite the thermostat saying cool to 66 and the unit 60. Temp showed as 74. I let staff know in the morning, supposedly they reset it, and the following night it didn't kick on at all. Only the fan/blower turned on. I told the staff in the morning and he just gave a very robotic "sorry" without any real remorse or offer to compensate. Someone else commented about poor AC in their review so this must be a recurring issue. The bed was really soft in the middle and uncomfortable, and the provided pillows were half-sized (i.e. square). The general remodeling inside is nice, but it's like they either ran out of money for these details, or area just running a bare bones operation. Nice that there was no airport noise so close to it.

What a gem! Was skeptical at first not being a major hotel chain, but was very clean & nice accomodations. Jamesh was amazing!! What a warm & friendly welcome. Felt right at home & he offered several dining suggestions. It is more of an industrial area, right next to the airport convenience. I was worried about the noise, but traffic quieted down about 9pm and was able to sleep without issue. Perfect stay for early flights and layovers. Be aware- they do charge $8 additional for parking once at property!

My daughter and I were on a trip for a SF Giants baseball game. The room was nice. The staff was helpful on check in. We had trouble with the air conditioner. The person working the front desk came up to the room to help after I called. She had us getting cool air quickly.

I got five on it…
We checked in to our room a little later in the evening, right when we stepped in the room it smelled like weed and the smell was worse in the bathroom than in the sleeping area. I went down to the lobby and told the worker on duty that night, he swore it was impossible that it would smell like that but declined my offer for him to come upstairs and smell for himself. I asked him if there was another room we could move into but he told me there wasn't but he came off as lazy so he probably didn't even check. All he offered was some air freshener and an insincere apology, because of him this review had to be written and we won't stay here again in the future. Additionally, minor things, there was still trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. When I went to get ice in the morning and couldn't find the machine I asked one of the maids, she couldn't speak english so she was of no help. It turned out that the ice machine was broken, again, minor stuff relative to the main issue. Regarding the smell, fortunately the window in the room opens so we were able to air it out a bit before bed. Since the smell was strongest in the bathroom near the vent it's possible that it came from another room in the hotel but as I said, the worker was lazy and shouldn't be working in customer service.
