You're a 2-minute walk to Publix and local favorite restaurants. Just a quick bike ride south and you're at the famous Emerald Coast beaches. Even better, your vacation at A Whale's Tail includes access to all the amenities WaterColor is famous for.

Enjoy exclusive access to the WaterColor Beach Club or any of the 9 community swimming pools, tennis and pickleball facilities. Or venture just down the road to the quiet public beach access across from The Surfing Deer and Market Café restaurants. You can also relax close to home on one of the two porches this home offers or enjoy the nearby Dragonfly Pool with a grill and fire pit for some low-key evening entertainment.

This home has an open concept floor plan design, and the kitchen is the heart of this home with perfect sights from the breakfast bar. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen or make it easier and grab some takeout from one of the area's amazing restaurants. Whether you dine in at the bar, dining room table, or decide to eat outside on your private screened-in porch – you'll enjoy the exquisite surroundings.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

This house is more than just a vacation home. You can tell the owners put care into every single detail and decoration. Very well maintained and super convenient location close to the grocery store. Wi-fi didn’t work most of the time. Couldn’t access Netflix or Disney+ for the kids to watch movies

Let me start by saying we love 30A! We have stayed in Watercolor, Prominence and Rosemary Beach and we love them all for different reasons! Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in our stay at this home. When we arrived at the home the kitchen counters had a film over them, the trash can area had crumbs and debris still left in it and the kitchen chairs were covered in stains. The couches had a lot of stains and were very broken down, if you looked under the slip covers it looked like someone’s grandmothers old couch. When we went to the closet to get an extra blanket we found dirty linens that had stains as well. All of the outdoor cushions were very warn and dirty. We also found out when we tried to use the oven that it wasn’t working. We understand that it is a rental and there will be some wear and tear, but for the amount of money we were paying we thought it should be in better condition and better taken care of. I’m disappointed on how the owners kept this house, it very much feels like property bought for a rental only by an absentee property owner. Now, if I were the owners (and not an absent owner)… i’d be furious at the management company. Most of the cleanliness issues could be fixed if they took the time and did it right. As we walked in… it looked like this house was given a very quick 1 hour turn around from the previous guest and frankly wasn’t cleaned properly or thoroughly.

Not your fault but I did not know that the house was on the other side of 395. Everyday we had to ride back and forth over this highway to go to Seaside, to tennis, to the gym. Basically to do anything so that was a little disappointing. We were never told to bring our own cleaning supplies. I rented this house partial because of the two porches to sit outside and relax and read. However both were covered in pine pollen and pine needles. Cleaning these areas should be part of the overall clean. I understand it can get dirty by the day but that is easy to keep up. To come into the filth that was there made both porched unuseable. Then we found choclate between the sofa cushions,food particles on the dining chairs and under the table and sand in the bath tub. WOW! Also the dining chairs were stained prior to our arrival. The house was exactly what it was represented it was and we had a wonderful time but these other things that I mentioned really surprised and disappointed us. It made us think if the sheets and such were even clean. Anyway ain't complaining just stating the facts because you asked.

Quiet house tucked away just mins from beach
Great house. Loved all the rooms and it's easy passage to Publix. Literally only a 2 min walk. Great neighborhood. Only a 3 min drive to beach or a 6 minute bike ride. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for spring break or any other visit to Seaside beach.
