Hotel is beautiful. Chechen was easy. Staff friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was busy, food and service was good. Room/bathroom are clean. Bed a bit hard for my comfort and pillows are flat and hard.

The hotel was smart, the rooms were warm and comfortable the staff were very helpful and the food was superb. Tricky to find a parking space after 5.00pm but doable. A couple of coat hooks in the room would be handy for hanging damp coats on instead of along with dry clothes in the wardrobe. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Had a excellent stay at Park Palace Apartments, Apartment was vey spacious, couple minutes walk to centre of town, I will be booking this property again.

Whether it was offering great local recommendations or quickly accommodating our requests, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. For anyone looking for a clean, inviting hotel with exceptional service, we can’t recommend the Plaza Hotel enough! We’ll definitely be back.
