This newly built house was designed with short term rental in mind. It can be used as 2 self-contained apartments or use as an entire house with sleeping for 6. This site is used to rent the whole house. You get the lot.
The block is full fenced with lockable gates so your dog cannot escape the yard. There is also a decking area with a gate. This is where we leave our dog when we are out walking in the national parks.
There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds, large ensuites and forest views. Another bedroom has 2 king singles.
The house has 2 fully equipped kitchens and living areas so your group can spread out for maximum privacy and space.
Upstairs: there is a media room, reverse air/con, fireplace, kitchen and dining area and lounge with beautiful views of the Springbrook plateau. Downstairs: a lounge, dining area and kitchen, separate bedroom and large ensuite.
The house has curved TV’s with wifi and internet. You have Bluetooth music and a fire pit area to enjoy the clear sky at night. There are verandas front, side and back. It is new, well appointed and set up to make your stay in this unique rainforest area a memorable experience.
The property is next to PurlingBrook falls and all other attractions are a short drive away. This is a quiet residential area and we have a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a microwave and a dishwasher.

Best Stay In Springbrook
What an incredible house to stay in! Not only was it beautiful but it was well stocked for anything you may need including all kitchen utensils and supplies as well as extras in bedrooms to ensure we were comfortable. John and Carrie were great hosts checking in via text halfway through our stay! It was in a perfect location just a short walk to two different cafes and the beautiful Purling Brook Falls! We will definitely be back. Thank you for the getaway! 😁

Perfect for a group of trail running friends
Perfect house and spot for a group of friends wanting to stay near the trails for a race. The house was immaculate and spacious so we all had plenty of space. Carrie and John were excellent hosts and communication was great.

This is lovely house that meets all our needs...close to family, close to the national park, and dog friendly. It is always clean and very well presented. WE will be back...hopefully we will have winter holiday and enjoy the fire!!

John has a beautiful house up in Springbrook. The home has everything you could possibly need. It is modern, very clean and has all the mod cons for a comfortable stay. Booking and checking in was easy and John was available if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the mountain house and plan to return to do more walks we didn’t get to do on this trip. Perfect for a long weekend escape for fresh air & nature! A chance to leave iPads at home and forage for sticks for the fire instead.

Walkers delight
we have just returned from a long weekend at this property and it was amazing. the house was spotless with a well stocked kitchen. sitting on the deck with a glass of wine was just so relaxing. we had 2 dogs with us and although we couldn't take them into the national parks there was still some nice walks around and the local cafe allowed us to sit on the patio with them and enjoy yet another glass of wine. we all really enjoyed our stay and will be back. thank you for an amazing weekend.
