Enjoy stunning gulf views from this well-appointed Sand Key beach resort. A quiet beachfront retreat at the Lighthouse Towers Complex, you’ll find a shared pool and hot tub looking over the fine powder sand along with tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and community grills with a picnic area. There's also a beach shuttle on Gulf Boulevard. Not only does this condo offer great gulf views, but unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway too. Plus, the resort pool is the only pool in the area that gets sun all day long!

One of the country’s best beaches is just steps from your door, and Beach Walk is a lovely spot to stroll under palms and take in the beach life. You'll find waterski, kayak, canoe, sailboat, and bike rentals in the area, along with chartered tours and dinner cruises. The Ruth Eckerd Hall in St. Pete is only a short drive east, as is Clearwater's Historic Capitol Theatre for music and cultural events. Tampa's numerous attractions, including Busch Gardens Theme Park, The Straz Center for the Performing Arts, The Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), Amalie Arena, and Historic Ybor City are just a short drive away, and Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are about an hour away.

This was our first experience snow birding to Florida, and we just my luck found this property.

We were looking for a rental before and, during hurricane Ian and there was limited, availability of properties, but we found this place and on paper it seemed ideal. When we arrived, we were very pleased. It checked almost all the boxes which is pretty amazing. We enjoyed our four weeks there, along with the beautiful sunsets, the ocean nearby complete with the sound of the waves, and the extra niceties and extras that were included. If we go back to Clearwater next year, we will seriously consider returning to this condo. Thank you. Important suggestions for improvement: You really need to include safety bars in the shower in the master bathroom. My wife has Parkinson’s and she was too afraid to use the master bathroom shower for fear she may fall, and so she used the guest bathroom although those safety bars would be useful there too. Also, we got in the refrigerator. It swings open so quickly and you have to grab it before it hits the left door of the pantry. We were concerned we were going to break something. That’s an accident waiting to happen.

Great condo!

We spent 2 weeks at this condo and really loved it! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well supplied. Furniture was comfortable, neighbors were friendly, and we felt very secure. And the views are to die for! Sunsets each day from the kitchen and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The beach and pool are only steps away. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return again ourselves!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful, well appointed condo, in a pristine and almost private setting. Loved the pool, the beach is gorgeous, all in a comfortable and accommodating condo and building. Angela was the best! She was able to help us with a later checkout, due to our flight. These requests are always situational, but her kindness and willingness to help, was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic condo in a beautiful setting!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and would highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to Clearwater!!! To start, Clearwater is absolutely beautiful and has a slightly more upscale feel to it compared to other beach locations. This also evident from the pricing of local real estate. The condo’s location was perfect for us, as it was located in a more quiet section just outside of the Clearwater, but provided fantastic views of the town and beach. The ocean views from the balcony are fantastic!!! The condo itself was well stocked for a week’s stay for a family of four. We typically dine out part of the week, cook in part of the week, and the condo provided everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The condo’s decor was very nice, with great attention paid to detail. We loved the amenities the condo facility offered as well, spending time at the pool and hot tub, playing tennis, and striking up great conversations with folks at the grills. The beach in front of the unit was fantastic, with a sand bar offshore to make swimming a little easier. We visited in August and it seemed like we had the beach mostly to ourselves. We recommend a walk up the beach to Sandy Key Park for some great channel and bay views. Also recommend a visit to Siesta Key Beach (1.5 hours away) for another beautiful beach setting, and dining and shopping in the local town. We also visited Disney’s Magic Kingdom, as Orlando is only 2 hours away. We wanted to try one of the area dining cruises, but they book quickly so make reservations early. Clearwater Aquarium was great too, with dolphins, sea turtles, otters, and an included boat ride. The condo complex does have a number of rules to abide by, and we had to fill out more paperwork than usual as compared to other rentals. The rules didn’t really affect us though since our daughters are older. We feel it actually helped maintain a very pleasant atmosphere, especially if you are looking for more relaxation and less noise. The property manager was great to deal with as well. Thanks Angela!!! … We hope to be back again someday!!! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Great Property - Retirement Facility

The good news...The property is beautiful. The description was accurate. The property owners have furnished it well and it is very clean. The view is amazing. Traffic at this location was great! A nice restaurant and convenience store and ice cream store is within walking distance. The bad news There are almost no children. My two teens were the only kids in their age group. There was one family with some infants and two year olds. There was a family with 10 year old triplets, and that is about it. Each day there was about 10 to 15 people on the beach. That would be fantastic if you are retired or wanted a private date with your wife. Lastly, the other property owners ( old people) feel that they have the right to tell vacationers' children when they need to wear shirts, shoes, etc. Once a store came up very quickly and many families were running inside to get out of the lightning and rain. There was a old lady standing guard at the entrance to the building telling people that they needed to put on shoes & shirts to enter the building. It was lightning!!! are you kidding!!!??? Other than the older property owners, the place was really nice, but not for my family.
