The staff tries hard but the facility needs a lot of work and attention. It’s true you get what you pay for so I was not expecting a 5 star resort. The issues are more around safety outside the facility and lighting on the outside of the property is dark. The bed sheets had hair and looked to not be changed from the previous guest just bed made. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had urine still in it from another guest, exhaust cover was falling off, shower head leaked more water into the floor than the shower area. The feeling is they have a nice person at the desk dealing with everything and no leader or follow up. The first room assigned I went to still had other guests staying there or had just left. It would seem Expedia would verify these places before adding the location and adding the pictures. The pool had a tarp over it and was full of green water. Again you get what you pay for and when staying here unless they make some changes expect more of a motel style stay where you sleep in your clothes and bring everything you need to just sleep and that’s it.
