The hotel was great, but the staff never said at least HI to us, they never looked up when people walked in the hotel. When cheking out the guy was on a call but never said anything to us, another one came in and asked us the room number and told us they will do the check out and we will receive the email….

The location is great being in downtown, there are stores and restaurants within minutes. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The only issue I had was the noise outside, you can constantly hear motorcycles and the vehicles loud exhausts. I was up on the 8th floor and it sounded like they were in my room. Made it tough to stay asleep because of it. Overall I’d say 4/5.

Wow! This place is amazing! Comfortable beds and pillows! Area is super convenient to everything along with the free trolly the city offers. 10/10 recommend! If your traveling with a fur baby, no worries. Everyone is fido friendly everywhere you go! Ive never seen so many dogs in one place!

There was no mention that parking would be an additional $40 per day when we made the reservation. The room was literally 10' from a busy intersection and the noise was continuous until 10 p.m. and starting again at 500 a.m.

Front desk was eating chicken wings while she was checking us in. There was not enough help whatsoever at the front. S during check-in the room was very loud and noisy due to air conditioning..... Charging us $30 to stay on your property for parking was outrageous. We'll never attend this establishment again and we will spread the word
