Property was very nice overall, the ONLY thing I didn’t like was then fact that they didn’t offer any options to eat. As well as the fact that the pool are is more esoteric than to use.

Un lugar muy cómodo y tranquilo.
Un lugar muy cómodo para descansar unos días en Tepoz. Ambiente muy familiar. El servicio del personal fue increíble, nos atendieron en todo momento, inclusive fuera de horarios. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y espacioso. Perfecto para descansar con la familia. Como sugerencia, os colchones de las camas podrían mejorar. Todo lo demás muy agradable.

Excelente lugar
El hotel, está muy bonito. Las instalaciones son excelentes. La cama está muy cómoda y el cuarto muy amplio. La atención fue excelente. El único detalle fue que la alberca estaba un poco sucia, había muchas abejas muertas y hojas en la alberca.

Creo que les falta ser más precisos en su ubicación ya que la liga que me enviaron me mando a la parte trasera del Hotel, su letrero debe ser luminoso en la noche ya que si no está uno atento en la avenida se pasa, el letrero no se ve.
