The hotel was located near union station which was great. The mattress on the bed was horrible. If this property would upgrade their mattresses to something decent I would of rated my experience to a 4star. But due to the condition in the mattress I rated this a 3 star. Customer service was great.

Customer service was great. The first room I was given, when I walked up to the door I saw it was open (door had not been pulled shut after cleaning), and there were crumbs on the bedside table so I went downstairs and asked for a new room. They immediately apologized and gave me a new one. The rooms are interesting, small and cozy. There’s a hallway, small kitchen, washer/dryer in a closet, bed and bathroom were clean & tasteful. It felt like a college dorm. I would stay here again.

The property is not a luxury property but it is very convenient and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly but, the best point is that the units are basically apartments with kitchen, living and separate sleeping areas. Way homier than a single hotel room. Would stay again particularly on stays longer than 1 night.
