The prop petty is so old and dated. Very dark rooms, very dirty carpet and mattresses, and very poor lighting. Don’t look in the corners as the rooms are dirty, but because they’re old. The hotel staff was great, but the property requires a significant injection of cash, and yesterday.

I loved my room and stay just didn’t like the fact that my tv in my room didn’t work the entire time. Stayed on a white loading screen the entire time. Just the one in the living room worked, So staying in bed and watching tv with my partner wasn’t able to happen.

Came to town for the Eras Tour. We had an amazing Taylor Swift experience at the Hyatt. We even had an early check-in so that we could get ready and unwind in our room before the concert. Excellent service, would book again.
