Great Location and Service
The hotel is within walking distance to the CN Tower, The Distillery, St. Lawrence Market, and several shopping malls. The service at the entrance, front desk, and housekeeping was friendly and professional. I would come back provided the room rates remain competitive.

There was a huge fly on the breakfast food, the fruits were old, and all the food tasted terrible. Additionally, the noise was unbearable, possibly due to construction work.

Good location with clean rooms. The WiFi is charged extra unless you are bonvoy member (and book the hotel directly from Marriott and not thru Expedia). That was disappointing.

It was a central location in downtown area, close to restaurants. The check in wasn't really welcoming as the attendant didn't greet instantly n welcomed for check in. Otherwise very clean, friendly staff but the hotel room needs upgradation

Excellent location close to everything. Walls are rather thin, and the next door noise carried through. No drinking water in the room, we had to go out at night to get some. The doormen were very thoughtful and friendly.

we had room 920; you know - expensive no extra blankets or pillows ???; can't control the heat we desire????.I can get all these features in a $300 /night Holiday Inn express hotel staff great - al'round it's not the first time we have experienced these issues here not sure we will do it again.
