Fairly comfortable stay
Comfortable stay. Just found the room a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Also found it looked quite different from the pictures online when selecting the room. But overall it was still comfortable. Unfortunately both the tvs in the room were not casting from my phone. Someone came up to look at it and tried as well but said that some tvs at the hotel are older and don't always work when casting.

It was great, and all the staff was very friendly, the hotel is very nice as well. It’s just that when we asked for our bed and bathroom to be made, they didn’t do it and when we called they said there was nothing they could do, which is very weird for a hotel… and the bed sheet were weird so it was hard for us to make. Other than that everything was great, we really liked the room and it’s a great area.

Have stayed there a few times always had big rooms, this time we where given a small room, when we arrived we where told our reservation was cancelled which I did not do that, so they were scrambling to find us a room. VIP - did not mean anything to this hotel

The hotel in general was rather pleasant and nice. However, I have never stayed at a reasonably decent hotel where the Valet Staff was at liberty to yell at you in a very rude manner. Yes it is downtown Toronto on a mid-afternoon. Yes there is quite a bit of traffic. Yes I am behind another two cars in the dead-end driveway/road at the doors leading to the lobby. No, I am not just doing all of the above for fun and entertainment. Of course I'm trying to check in and expect Valet to take care of my car while I try to unload any luggage as that is what Valet does. So why would you start yelling at me asking why I'm stopped there? Perhaps a better approach would be to ask whether I'm checking in and whether I would like help with my luggage while you take care of my car while I'm waiting at the valet spot? A similar but less rude, yet odd, occurrence also happened upon check out. When I handed my room cards to the attendant at the front desk, another staff simply said "just go, we will email you the receipt, everything will be fine, she is training."

Overall the stay was good, location could not be better and the additional parking or lot suggested was amazing, constant communication with us which was fantastic, but the room hadn’t been properly clean from the previous stayer( garbage was not taken out and on the floor behind chair) noise from hall lots of yelling was hard to sleep, cleaner came at 6 pm which was not convenient , overall good stay , in addition the ice machine being so far was not convenient but your mostly paying for the location In Toronto.
