This place was beautiful, staff were friendly, we had a family emergency half way through our stay and they didn’t hesitate to refund our money for the rest of the stay. Would I stay there again, yes I would. Would I recommend the place, yes I would.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but the airconditioning wasn't the best unless sitting directly in front of it. The nights were very warm with the duvet and poor AC quality.

Book for the location, temper your expectations...
Good: 1.Location is perfect 2.Efficient Check-In, Front desk was accurate and concise and professional 3. IRD late into the night is perfect and the food was good The Bad: 1. Cleanliness, There was a bloody tissue in my garbage bin under the desk when I checked in....yea! & The cups in the suite had bits of food stuck to them, a QC inspection of the room should be done by the supervisor before assigning to guests. 2. No complimentary water bottles! Kind of strange you need to call to request, meanwhile Fairmont hands out 2 and have another 2 in the mini fridge. 3. The coffee maker doesn't work, and when it did work it flooded the countertop (could be user error), very outdated thing! 4. The Iron in the room is broken, it doesn't spray, and you can't fill it to steam, as the lid is broken. 5. Lastly no IRD breakfast option, at least I couldn't find the menu not on the TV nor the website. Overall great location, but definitely lacking the little things and some major things (cleanliness), I'm not sure if it was a one off situation, but for the same price you can go down the road and get the Fairmont gold experience, leaps and bounds better!
