Loved the outdoor area with the waterfalls! Pool was really big so it wasn't crowded. Lots of areas to sit. Hotel is very nice. Almost got locked in outdoor area with waterfall. It could use a sign to say what time the doors lock. Service at the restaurant wasn't the best, especially for the cost. Service at the food counter was great.

Great location - was able to walk to so many things. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The facility amenities were great - the pool and gym were very nice. I would stay at this location again.

Our breakfast that was included was delicious. The fitness center/sauna and pool were really nice. I wish they had an hot tub. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Great location.

The location is great. Walkable to many places and subway stop was very close. We arrived before check in time and we're allowed to get into our room early. So appreciated as we were tired. Staff was friendly and very helpful with directions.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and very safe. The lobby is a perfect hub for meeting friends, working, grabbing a coffee or a drink. The outdoor pool was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much

I love how it’s situated in the centre of everything ( malls, bus stop, restaurants etc). And our room was facing front of the logo Toronto. Near CN tower too
