Front desk staff, bartenders and servers, housekeepers- all wonderful! Friendly and many helpful suggestions….I don’t know where we would have eaten if it wasn’t for Ayush! And we thoroughly enjoyed our time hanging out in the lobby and chatting with the bartenders and staff. The room was quiet and clean, the property is lovely and convenient to so many things! Thanks for a great time in Toronto!

I appreciated the whole stay. My only two issues were: 1. The hair dryer did not work which bummed me out 2. The valets were incredibly hostile.

My room was on the 6th floor facing Queen Street and there was loud construction outside my window until 3am! I had to wear ear plugs on my second night as I could not sleep. The room is old and tried looking. The gym is excellent. The service was overall very good.

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms
Staff could be more helpful on front desk at check in and when questions asked. Noise from construction in city audible from room so first night difficult to sleep but this is an issue across the city. Lovely room with comfy beds and quiet air conditioning
