Staff was great and helpful. Very convenient location, tourist sites are walkable. Very lovely and clean hotel. The only problem we encountered was noise from nearby establishments even after midnight, but the hotel has thick drapes that helped dampened the sound.

Classy and convenient
Beautiful enormous room! Everything about it was amazing. Plenty of storage space if you’re going to unpack and stay a while or just need to hang up clothes. Bathroom is gorgeous. Check in guy was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Very walkable area to the baseball stadium, CN Tower, waterfront area, and plenty of restaurants. The only thing is I wish the pool stayed open later than 8pm. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. Hotel has underground parking but we parked at the lot across the street. Parking seemed very inexpensive compared to city parking where I’m from.
