Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. Being able to stream on the tv from one’s own device would have been nice and the mini bar charging just because you used the fridge was strange but fixed up upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Very clean. The only thing I would suggest is front desk to maybe know about local churches. First person we asked had no clue, but the 2nd person was very helpful. The first one said she doesn’t go to church.

Wow, didn’t know you could tax a tax!
The hotel is centrally located, so it’s great for walking to nearby attractions such as the ROM, U of T and Yorkville. Biggest drawback are the endless junk fees tacked on at the end of your stay! Substantially increasing the final price. Great for a short term stay.

Loved the experience and so appreciated the complimentary upgrade we were given at checkin. Staff were wonderful and accommodating and the location was ideal. The only reason I downgraded the experience category above was because my husband and son were disappointed by the quality and options I. The very small gym, which they’d expected to be better given the liveliness and reputation of the Royal Sonesta brand

Location is great. Access to subway and completely walkable otherwise. Fast food and convenience stores next door or less than a block away for quick snacks. Too many great restaurants all over downtown but access easy with subway or walking.

This hotel is consistently excellent.We ordered room service and the food was great and arrived on time. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.m only constructive suggestion is to have a blanket in the room, we are not duvet people!
