The hotel closed the restaurant and bar for a private function on Saturday night. That was a little disappointing. Breakfast was first class. Food in bar very good. Room service was fast

The rooms were extremely clean, but the toilet lever would stick, mini fridge did not work at the beginning till we realized it. Also went to take a walk before we would check out and come back and could not get in the room. Went down to the front desk they gave me a new key, but still did not work. Went back down to the front desk and they tried to give me another key, I said no send maintenance to the room. Low and behold the batteries in the electronic lock had die, but I did get a lot of steps in going up and down. Also the bar was closed on a Saturday night. Other than that, it was ok.

Lovely hotel; flawlessly clean, and cozy. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I ordered room service and food was delicious and the service was so courteous and friendly. Also enjoyed the pool and gym. Highly recommend this hotel

This property was absolutely wonderful. Staff were very accommodating. Loved the sauna. Beautiful rooms. Convenient parking underneath the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Subway access super close by. Great location for lots of shopping, dining and more.
