Terrible room service menu and limited hours . In room coffee and tea service was treated like gold bars had to ask every day and was given limited supply - no services or vending machines for beverages. Room service for alcohol only no non alcoholic beverages offered. Rotating doors are manual and stiff to push through, you see staff often helping customers get through them . With luggage it’s a nightmare. Staff are friendly enough but a door that worked would be better

Bed was amazing and the heated bathroom floor was great. Very clean and the staff were great. The room was t ready when we arrived so we left out bags and went out. The bags were delivered to the room when ready. The negative was that we had an awkward layout that I didn’t care for…entry was long, past the well-appointed bathroom, sharp left turn for a short length (desk with fridge underneath, then another almost sharp left to the sleeping area. The tv was located on the wall directly on the left and it was an awkward path to get to the left side of the bed. Also, when the tv was tilted out it made it more awkward plus it never directly faced the bed for viewing. Would definitely stay again but would request to not have a corner unit (room _17)

This hotel is beautiful! The room was beautifully updated. Very comfortable. The concierge is amazing! They just can’t do enough for you and they are all so nice. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

This is the second time we've stayed at the EXchange and it was fantastic yet again. We had a glitch with their online check-in system but front desk had us checked in quickly. Highly recommend the Junior corner suite, however everything in this hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. Hydra Restaurant is also wonderful. 10/10 Will be back!
